June – You’re Growing… Even If It Doesn’t Look Like You Think

I’ve always loved this time of year. Nature seems to be stretching and blooming in every direction, as if it can’t help but grow.

And maybe, we can experience the same.

Something I’ve learned over and over again (sometimes the hard way): growth doesn’t always look like a grand unveiling. Often, it looks like doubt. Like a quiet shift no one else can see. Like showing up to the same challenge, again and again, until something softens or changes… even if only by a fraction.

Sometimes it’s not until much later that we realise – oh… that was a turning point.

So, I want to invite you to pause. Just for a moment.
Take a breath.

And reflect on the journey you’ve already walked this year.

You might still feel like you’re figuring things out. Most of us are.
But look closer.
There were steps you took when it would’ve been easier to stay still.
Moments you showed up with courage, even when you felt wobbly or uncertain.
Perspectives that changed, something inside you… Maybe just enough to nudge the next decision in a new direction.

That counts.
It all counts.

This month, I want to remind you to celebrate your progress, not just the polished wins, but the messy middles too.

Here are a few questions you might want to sit with:

  • What’s one thing you’ve done this year that you’re quietly proud of?
  • Where have you shown up, even when the outcome wasn’t guaranteed?
  • What lesson has come through recently that’s changed the way you see yourself or your path?

This isn’t about gold stars or ticking boxes.
It’s about acknowledging how deeply human and brave it is to keep going.
To keep choosing growth, especially when it’s invisible, internal, or slow.

You’re not behind.
You’re not doing it wrong.
Instead, you’re evolving, in your own time and in your own way.

And that’s worth celebrating.

With love,

Sharon xo
