PSYCH-K® private sessions

(All sessions are online video sessions via Zoom)

Due to teaching commitments I do have limited availability for private one to one PSYCH-K® sessions.  I usually work with individuals over three sessions initially and have a number of 3 session Life Edit packages available every month if you are ready to dive deep.

If my schedule is busy there are many other facilitators within our PSYCH-K® community, lots of whom I know personally, who are happy to support you too. You can find a listing of PSYCH-K® preferred Facilitators on the PSYCH-K® website. PSYCH-K® Preferred Facilitators have completed at least the PSYCH-K® Basic In-Person and Master Facilitation workshops or the Online Level 1 and Level 2 workshops.

Please note:
The PSYCH-K® process is strictly limited to the modification of beliefs. The PSYCH-K® process is not designed to diagnose medical problems, nor is it a replacement for medical attention or professional mental health care.

Life Edit
Single Session

THE LIFE EDIT – £450

The Life Edit programme
Investing in a ‘Life Edit’ package of 3 sessions allows you to work in a few different ways.

You can choose to focus on a single area of your life that is multi-faceted. For example, you might choose to work in the area of work/career. Over the 3 sessions we can explore many facets of this overall goal that are affecting your current experience. Aspects such as self-esteem/self-worth or work/life balance, relationships at work, beliefs around money or habits such as procrastination etc.

Alternatively you can approach the 3 sessions in a more general way and use each session to work on different aspects of your life, such as a session around relationships, a session around your beliefs about money/finances etc or you could also address any fears/phobias or anxieties or perhaps traumas that could be based in the past or the present. These individual areas may initially seem very separate but by nature of the fact that our life is interconnected it’s often the case that working in one area can also affect others.

Pre- session questions
Prior to the first session you will have the option to answer some pre- session questions that will help you to identify the areas that you would most like to change. By answering the questions it will help us to identify the key areas in your life that you would most like to change as well as the priorities. It can become our guide or reference point for all 3 sessions.

Session 1
In our initial session of up to 2hrs we’ll explore the areas you would most like to change and you can expand on the answers to your pre-session questions. Once we establish the starting point we can identify what it is you would rather experience, instead of the current challenges, and we can begin to make changes to support a new and different experience. At the end of the session we will allow time to create a practical action plan. You can choose whether you would like to build in any support/accountability between sessions too.

Session 2
In our second session of up to 1.5hrs we’ll evaluate how things have been since your initial session, what has changed and how you found taking your action steps. Then we’ll look at what is the next step in building on the previous work from session 1 and will continue to make changes to support your overall goal. At the end of the session we’ll create action steps to support you to fully experience the changes we made.

Session 3
Similar to session 2, we’ll review how things have been since our last session, being careful to take in to consideration any challenges you encountered to taking action. We’ll also revisit, if useful, your initial answers to your pre-session questions as a reminder of where we began, what has changed and what is left over. Once we reset our compass we can continue to make more changes and will set in place final action steps to complete your final session.

Check in
There is also the option to check in via email a few weeks after your final session to see how you are getting on.

The Life Edit package was designed so that each session builds on the previous session and so you can benefit from the time frame in between sessions to take action and to identify any blocks to change, which we address in the follow up sessions. As a rule of thumb the sessions work really well as monthly sessions over the course of 3 months. Depending on your goal you might like to schedule the sessions closer together or with a larger gap in between, I am always guided by you.

*Ideally all 3 sessions should be completed within a 6 months timeframe as they are intended to build on each other rather than act as individual separate sessions. See Terms & Conditions for more information.

BOOK LIFE EDIT PROGRAMME – Schedule first session

PSYCH-K® single session – £180

PSYCH-K® single session

An opportunity to build on any in depth work from a previous session if you have experienced PSYCH-K® before or following a workshop if you’d like any support, for example in addressing secondary gains. Usually I have limited availability for single PSYCH-K® sessions due to my teaching commitments, especially if you haven’t experienced PSYCH-K® before. However, if this is your preference you can check my availability and if my schedule is full I’m always happy to sign post you to another PSYCH-K® Facilitator.

All PSYCH-K® sessions with me, other than distance sessions, take place online via Zoom through the use of surrogation. Surrogation allows me to do the muscle testing on your behalf, however the PSYCH-K® Balances (change processes) are experienced by you in the same way as if you were present in person.

(All sessions include preliminary questions in advance, and notes e-mailed following a session.)

PSYCH-K® distance session – £180

PSYCH-K® distance session

I also offer the option of a PSYCH-K® distant session. A distance session is a PSYCH-K® session where you aren’t required to be present during the session. Similar to an online session I can work on your behalf through the use of surrogation.

This option is reserved for those who are unable to participate directly in a session. Examples may be a young child, someone with a disability or a severe health challenge that means they aren’t able to be present.

Beforehand, we agree on a time for me to proceed with the session and at that time, when the session is taking place, it’s possible to continue to go about normal daily activities. Once complete, I will email my notes with the option to discuss the session via a phone call or brief online call where you can ask any questions and discuss the session feedback. When working on behalf of a child it’s helpful to begin by supporting the parent with a PSYCH-K® session as a starting point.

(All sessions include preliminary questions in advance, and notes e-mailed following a session.)

Please contact me via email if you’d like to explore a distance session.

PSYCH-K® session FAQ

Usually one topic is addressed per session, however since our lives are not compartmentalised and topics are often interconnected there may be crossovers. It really depends on your goal and what the priority area is that you’d like to work with.

Sessions can last from one hour to two hours or more, depending on the facilitator. You will be able to find out more from the individual facilitator. You can find out more about the way I work by visiting the [sessions page] of my website.  https://www.sharonlock.co.uk/product/psych-k-sessions/

This will depend on how many goals you have. It may be possible to work on more than one area in a session, if they are interconnected, but usually we focus on one topic per session.

After your first session you can decide whether you would like a follow up call or email, which can be arranged for a few weeks after the session. If you would like to continue with further sessions, this can be discussed at the end of the session or during the follow up.

Yes. The only difference between working online and working in person is that the facilitator will do the muscle testing on your behalf. You will experience the PSYCH-K® Balances (change process) in the same way as you would if you were experiencing a session in person.

Through a sacred process called Surrogation. Surrogation happens via communication between the superconscious minds (Higher Self) of the partner (person experiencing the session) and the facilitator. This happens at the level of oneness, where we are all connected. As long as it is safe and appropriate for both the partner and the facilitator, a connection will be established between their superconscious minds, so that the facilitator can proceed to do the muscle testing on behalf of the partner during the session.

A Goal statement is a statement of what will be true when you achieve your goal. For example, if your goal is to increase your confidence in public speaking your Goal statement might be, ‘I am confident speaking to groups of people.’ Or it may simply be, ‘I am a confident public speaker.’ Whatever is the most meaningful way to express what it is that you desire. The Goal statement is then muscle tested to check whether this is something you already believe at the level of the subconscious mind. If you don’t already believe this at that deep level we can proceed to see if we can go through the PSYCH-K® Balance process to align you to that goal.

The change process in PSYCH-K® is called a Balance, the actual change part can take seconds, minutes or sometimes longer. You have all the time you need during the Balance process and there is no right or wrong way to experience a Balance. Your experience is personal to you and there is no pressure for you to ‘finish’ a Balance in a certain amount of time.

This can vary from 1 Balance to 4 or 5 Balances during a session. It is often more meaningful to spend time creating the very best Goal Statement/s that you can have, rather than rushing through lots of Balances that won’t have as much meaning. The more emotionally meaningful your Goal Statement is, the more drive you will have to take the action to create the results and changes you desire.

In PSYCH-K®, we have what we call a ‘permission protocol’ built in to the process. Through muscle testing, we will connect and communicate directly with your superconscious mind (higher self) to confirm that it’s in your best and highest interest to Balance for your goal at that time. If there are any adverse consequences at all to changing a subconscious belief, your superconscious mind won’t give permission to make the change.

While we can’t define how you personally will feel, some feedback following sessions has been; reports of feeling relaxed, or a sense of feeling lighter. Some have reported feeling tired, which they put down to the results of the deep changes that they have made within the session. There is no right or wrong way to experience a PSYCH-K® session it’s also fine to feel no different following a session, this will not affect the results of the changes you have made.

An important aspect that differentiates PSYCH-K® from many other methodologies is our approach to supporting a partner/client in making the changes they seek. The PSYCH-K® process acknowledges that the partner has all the wisdom and answers already within them, whether they realise it or not, therefore we never assume the position of authority. Instead, it’s our role as a Facilitator to work in partnership with the partner to support them to access their own wisdom, so that they can move in the direction they want to go in order to achieve their desired goals. This coupled with the fact that we also never assume it is okay to make the changes, but instead have permission protocols built in to the PSYCH-K® process to ensure that the change is both safe and appropriate. This makes PSYCH-K® a truly non invasive process for change.

This will vary, depending on the individual facilitator. You can find out more about the way I work by visiting the [sessions page] of my website.  https://www.sharonlock.co.uk/product/psych-k-sessions/

While there isn’t a requirement to do any preparation in advance of a PSYCH-K® session, you might find that some facilitators send a questionnaire or an intake form prior to a session. This can often help to narrow down the priorities if you have more than one area of your life in which you’d like to make changes. It can also help you to make the most out of the session and the time you have together. If you are considering a PSYCH-K® session with me, I’d be happy to share the information in advance with you.
