Adventure fills my soul with joy!
Notes from the Road (and the Heart)
This month has been full of little adventures – some planned, some completely unexpected – and all of them have felt like such a gift for the soul.
You might remember, one of my words for the year is ‘adventure.’
The kind where you say yes, even when you don’t know exactly how things will unfold.
And honestly? It’s been such a joy to lean into that.
A Sea Breeze Reset
Over Easter, I packed up and headed to the North Norfolk coast – a part of the country I’d never been to before.
No big itinerary. No checklist of things to do. Just a quiet urge to be near the sea.
There’s something about standing at the edge of the shore, isn’t there?
It’s like everything noisy inside just hushes. The sea doesn’t ask for anything. It just is, and being beside it, I found myself naturally relaxing.
We wandered through tiny coastal villages, ate fish and chips, and breathed in that salty air. It was simple. Slow. Beautiful. It felt like I’d stepped back in time and I didn’t realise how much I’d needed that reset until I felt it.
A Conversation with No Map
A different kind of adventure came when I sat down with the brilliant Stephen Allen to record an episode of his podcast, ‘Isumataq.’
If you know PSYCH-K®, you might recognise that the word ‘Isumataq’ is of Inuit origin, loosely translated as “the keeper of the space in which wisdom is revealed.”
What a beautiful role to hold and what a gift to be invited into a space like that.
I’ve been on podcasts before. But this one? It was different. There was no script, no plan, no pre-written questions. Just two people, showing up in the moment and letting the conversation shape itself.
A few years ago, that would’ve made me feel sooo uncomfortable. I liked knowing what to expect. I liked to prepare.
But I’ve changed. Thanks to PSYCH-K®, I’ve done a lot of work to shift old subconscious beliefs and ones that had me seeking a level of control, or feeling like I had to “get it right.” All subconscious strategies, I realised, originally intended to keep me safe.
And as I sat down to record, I felt none of that. Just presence.
It was honest. Natural. Liberating.
We covered so much, and I didn’t even realise how much I just loved that kind of open-hearted space until I was in it.

I really hope it encourages you to be open to new possibilities and potential within yourself
What’s Coming Up
As I write this, I’ve just returned from a trip to Dublin, to teach a PSYCH-K® Basic workshop, and then I’ll be in Leeds teaching a Master Facilitation workshop later this week.
More adventures ahead, I’m sure. More moments of awe. More reminders that growth doesn’t have to be loud or dramatic to be life-changing.
If you’ve been curious about joining a workshop or if something in you is stirring and you’re not quite sure what it is, I’d love to hear from you. There’s never any pressure, just a conversation.
Here’s what’s coming up:
PSYCH-K® Master Facilitation Workshop
📍 Clayton Hotel, Dublin Airport
🗓 6th – 9th June 2025
PSYCH-K® Online Level 1
📍 Zoom
🗓 18th – 20th June 2025
PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop

If you’re not sure which one’s for you, feel free to send me a message. Sometimes, just having a conversation about where you’re at is enough to bring the clarity.
Until next time,
Much love,
